Just burst into a topic and decided to share it. Of course, this topic is what so many people are battling with today.
I want to share something’s you need to know about the topic and that is INTEGRITY.
Firstly, we’ll begin by looking at the meaning of integrity.
What is Integrity? Integrity is the quality of being honest and trustworthy. That is, the quality of having an incorruptible character.

Integrity has a major role to play in the life of youths. It is as very important as
a wheel to drive a car because if a car does not have a steering, it can't move.


So as an individual, if you lack integrity, you can't move. Even if you manage to escape, one way other, you will get caught.
Now as a leader, your followers are looking up to you. If you as a leader, you are not honest then you are a bad leader. You are not doing the right thing, thereby; influencing your followers and making them not do the right thing.

Why should one possess the spirit of Integrity?


·        If you possess the spirit of Integrity, you will find favor anywhere you turn to. That is, you will find favor from God and man. Because you possess that quality, man will always entrust you with their properties & anything you ask from them, they won't hesitate to give you. Even if they don't have it, they will find a way to get it for you because of your character. That is man, not to talk about God in Heaven who has all things in abundance. He will answer us speedily because we are doing what He wants us to do.
·        You will be known in different places: Another reason for being a person of Integrity is that people will need your service so as to entrust their property in your hands and with that, you will be known in different places for that Character. For example, you're walking under Mr. A and because you've never exploited him or stolen his money, he will be proud of you & tell his friends about you and your attitude; "You see my boy, I trust him so much..." and from there, the people there will tell their other friends and that's how it goes with them not even testing you.
·        Anywhere you turn to for help, you will always be assisted: This is a firm truth, no jokes. There is no way you will be honest and favor will not locate you. Even before you open your mouth to ask, they already have a take home for you.
·        They will always be remembered for their good works.
·        And so many other benefits that can't be mentioned. The conduct is that everywhere you find yourself, be faithful and honest.

Dangers of Lack of Integrity:
·        Nothing else other than a Yoruba proverb that says 'anyone who lies will steal' and that is the fact.
·        Another catastrophe is that once a lie is told, another lie is built to cover up for that lie and it goes on like that to the extent that the person will be stained. And that is a bad reputation.
