Amalgamation

The 5th secret, the next stage and one of the important rules of fulfilling a vision as a team or reaching a goal is ‘Amalgamation’.
Amalgamation means to combine or unite different things to form one organization or structure.

Amalgamation is from the word amalgamate which is given in the Latin as amalgamare which means
to form into... Hence, with these meanings, you have a clear picture of what amalgamation is. Thus, in this context, amalgamation is an essential essential for a team to achieve a goal that will lead to Outstanding Success.

After the division of labor, each group of the team will bring what has been made & merge all substance to form the vision that has been planned. Of course, it doesn't talks about a team that wants to develop something alone; it concerns every team that wants to achieve success. It depends on the vision that team has & of course, they will work towards it.
For example, a football team with the defenders, strikers & midfielders can't score a goal alone except they cooperate; the midfielder has to pass the ball to the striker. Also, a football team can't defend the goal post without the cooperation of the other; the midfielder has to attack the opposing team from going through the middle of the field and even if the opposing player manages to maneuver the midfield, the defenders will attack. Likewise the goal-keeper; he needs the assistance of the defenders.
Cooperation is derived from the word cooperate which in the latin is given as cooperari meaning to work together. Merging both words, we get Amalgamare - to form and Cooperari - to work together.

In other words, before a group can form something; they have to work together. Therefore, cooperari amalgamare means work together to form something. Hence, amalgamation, cooperation & other related terms are essentials to reaching a goal just as the phrase “can two walk together except they be agreed?” (Scriptural reference; Amos 3:3).
